For years, I have been blaming Mr. Spoiled Pretty for my raggedy looking nails. I'm too scatterbrained and busy to schedule regular manicures. And whenever I pull out the polish stockpile, Graham makes this face that translates to, "If you care about my brain cells, you'll put away the polish."
Most times Graham makes this face, I begrudgingly return the polishes to their hideaway beneath the bathroom sink…not because I'm really concerned about his brain cells (he's really smart, so he has some to spare). Really, it's so that I don't have to hear him yammer on about the caustic smell of the fumes - and how women do such ridiculous things in the name of beauty.
