I'll be the first to admit that when I'm at the mall, I usually just walk on by Wet Seal. Nine times out of ten, I'm in a rush to get to Forever 21, so I can fight a fourteen year old for a $4 pair of earrings.But thanks to a tip for my girl Sydne, I'm starting to think that Wet Seal seals the deal on scarves.
