A few weeks ago, Mr. Spoiled Pretty left to meet up with some of his buddies and I stayed home to catch up on some blogging and bad reality television. Just as I was getting ready for bed that night, I received the following text message from my husband:"What's a Bumpit?"
Turns out our friend, Chris, noticed the waitress's sky-high hairdo and asked her if she was wearing a Bumpit - like the one he had seen featured in the ubiquitous infomercials. There was no shame in the bar maid's game...she fessed up to wearing a Bumpit, and seem amazed that Chris had guessed her pompadour partner-in-crime.
So what's the moral of the story, chicas? Boys are getting wise to our beauty tricks. If you decide to rock the Bumpit, don't be surprised when someone outs you...or if a candid pic ends up on the Bumpit Sightings Blog.
